Drum solos are
supposed to be the highlight of your dance
performance, the technical difficulty in this part of
your routine combined with your own energy and
expression should have your audience crying for MORE!
I will teach a short but dynamic drum choreography with room for you to add your own personality. We will look at several different interpretations of this choreography, with practical steps on how to change it to make it your own, whilst showing off your skills to their best advantage.
When: Saturday 22 November 2008
Time: 1-3PM
Where: More FM Tennis Park, Oteha Valley Road, Albany - map.
Carparks are plentiful and free
Cost: $30 per person -

Jam in Albany on Saturday 22 November between
3.15-5PM.
Dancers, this is your opportunity to put on a costume and dance, a solo, as part of a group or simply to let yourself be whisked away by the music of the live drummers.........Drummers & musicians, lets gather together and make music together for the dancers to be inspired by. Vendors and dancers: if you would like to hire a trading table at this event, please contact me by email. As usual, tea and coffee with biscuits will be provided.

Classes have
commenced for Term 4 2008, some students have moved
up a level after their recent show performance, so
congratulations to those students, and I hope you
enjoy the challenge of the next level up.
Tuesday night Level classes in Takapuna will start at 7.15pm from Tuesday 21 October, and Thursday night Level classes in Albany will start at 7pm from Thursday 23 October.
We are all looking forward to the build up to Christmas, and remember the Teacher Student show in Glen Eden on Saturday December 6, at 7.30pm.
