I
am pleased to announce a brand new class on Thursdays
at the Glenfield Jazz Studio, starting next week 12
February at 5.45pm for 1 hour.
The class is intended to increase your fitness whilst drilling belly dance movements, with some new combinations and lots of repetition. The format will be easy belly dance steps and combinations, so that even a new beginner will be able to dance along with ease, whilst those with more experience and control will be able to layer movements for a greater physical and mental challenge.
I hope you will enjoy this new class format, and I look forward to having some fun with you as we drill and dance together.

Auckland Workshops with E-Lysaah - 14 & 15

E-Lysaah from
Christchurch & Wellington will be in Auckland
over the 14th and 15th Feb offering workshops on
Tribal Core, Drills for Muscle Isolation and Control,
Tribal Fusion Choreography and Technique and Red
Queen Delight. These special workshops will appeal to
those who love the fusion of Tribal with a modern
twist, but are equally appealing to dancers who enjoy
a different perspective and challenge.
